I work with distress home owners to determine the best solution for your situation, prior to foreclosure sales, and non-distress home owners. We will analyze recent comparable sales and market key indicators to price your property to command Top Dollar and sell quickly. I employ superior marketing techniques, including social media (Facebook) & over 900+ websites, live virtual property tours and video conferencing. I marketed and sold properties to buyers overseas and in states outside Arizona (I have remote notaries).


Representing Investors. I engage in the pre-auction and auction arena for the best deals (profit margins). I have directories and data bases of all distressed properties. I actively monitor leads and trends. I attend live auction. We will develop a strategy to achieve your desired profit margins. I participate in all aspects of flipping properties. I verify Title, obtain contractor quotes, manage trade work, secure property acquisition, list, market and sell property. For tradition buy and hold, I assist in property management.
